Commissioned by the Nou Le Morne Festival in collaboration with Action Développement Le Morne, this film documents the creation of a monumental mural by Spanish artist Okuda San Miguel.

Through colour, geometry, and symbolism, Okuda’s work transforms the walls of Le Morne into a vibrant celebration of freedom, identity, and cultural heritage.

The film captures the creative process from conception to completion an encounter between art, landscape, and the spirit of the Mauritian community.
